1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The jewellery is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates and invoices are included.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer.
  • Earrings and body piercing jewellery, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items purchased during clearance, sale, or “final sale” promotions.

2. Natural Characteristics of 925 Silver

Please note that 925 sterling silver may naturally tarnish or oxidize over time. This is not considered a manufacturing defect. Proper care and storage can minimize tarnishing.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at myrashopifystore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will share the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely with all original packaging and invoice.
  4. Ship the item using a reliable courier with tracking. Return shipping charges are usually borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
  • A full or partial refund, or
  • A store credit for future purchase.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or
  • Store credit may be offered, as discussed.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy

Direct exchanges may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, subject to stock availability. Additional charges may apply if there is a difference in product price.
